What must be verified?
- Existing drive and motor full model
- Motor power / torque / speed / brake
- Encoder type, cable and connector
- Motor flange / shaft and load inertia
- Controller command or fieldbus mode
- Machine motion profile and commissioning data
A FLEXEM candidate is not a guaranteed drop-in replacement until mounting, communication, software functions and commissioning have been checked against the real machine.
